SANTA MAGDALENA, Sorsogon—Three people have been reported missing as Tropical Storm Kristine unleashed heavy rains across Sorsogon province, Governor Edwin Hamor announced in a press conference at the provincial operations center on Wednesday, Oct. 23.
Hamor said two fishermen went missing in Casiguran town, while a driver disappeared in Irosin town.
Article continues after this advertisement“We cannot declare them as casualties yet because they haven’t been found. We’re still unsure if anything bad has happened,” Hamor clarified.
